WE”RE THREE MEETING PROFESSIONALS WHO KICK BUTT!

We see ourselves as masters of synchronicity. We make life simple and keep expectations high and costs low for our wonderful clients. We plan, organize, book and deliver meetings for our corporate, association and non-profit clients.

Cynthia and Connie have worked in the industry they love for decades (combined). What they do is take your ideas and goals, and deliver a tight, cost effective solution that makes everyone happy.

Global Operations Director/Founder

A 4th generation San Franciscan, Cynthia has always had an affinity for exploring, travel, and cooking. Early on, she set off for the east coast and Boston University to prep her career in marketing and hospitality. She has since combined her experience in catering and as a sommelier, with years of good, honest hard work of building relationships, living out of suitcases, and knowing how to negotiate the details on behalf of her clients. She has traveled by planes, and by trains, and even 26.2 miles by foot. Now, along with her husband, she calls Denver, CO home base. Cynthia once mentioned that if all her clients got together, it would be like a really big family reunion, which, if that happens we might find everyone flying to Kauai to hear her crank out some tunes on her ukulele.

Senior VP Global Accounts & Operations

Connie has been working with corporate meeting clients for over two decades, and has honed her passion (and rolodex) by getting to know the inner workings of some of the most sought-after meeting and hotel spaces in the global market. She started her career in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and climbed the ladder in Norfolk, VA and Atlanta. Connie now helps clients by leveraging her experience and contacts to get them the best rates, with an organized touch that keeps clients happy and coming back for more. She happily resides in Charleston, SC with her husband, two children, one turtle and zero junk drawers, as everything has its’ place in properly labeled (and color coded) containers, bins, and boxes.

Mary Lee Willetts

National Account Manager

Mary Lee joins MSM with the experience that conveys that “I’ve got this” feeling to her client relationships. Armed with a BS degree in Business Management from the University of Tennessee, Mary Lee started out pounding the pavement in the medical sales field. After 13 years of honing her reputation as a “fireball”, she turned her attention toward non-profit organizations, as she is a leading force in raising thousands of dollars for the Allison Brundick Haramis Foundation. Mary Lee enjoys her life in sunny Florida with her husband, and the occasional visits from her two out-of-the-nest daughters. Though she starts her day with calming sun salutations, she quickly emerges with tenacity in serving MSM clients.
