We see ourselves as masters of synchronicity. We make life simple and keep expectations high and costs low for our wonderful clients. We plan, organize, book and deliver meetings for our corporate, association and non-profit clients.

Connie Little

Connie has been working with corporate meeting clients for more than three decades, building deep industry expertise and an impressive network by getting to know the inner workings of some of the most sought-after meeting venues and hotels around the world. She began her career in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and continued to climb the ladder in Norfolk, Virginia, and Atlanta before making Charleston, South Carolina, her home base.
Today, Connie helps clients across the country leverage her experience and high-level industry relationships to secure competitive rates and packages, upgrades, and the added perks that make meetings and company events more successful.
Now an empty nester, Connie and her husband enjoy quieter commutes from coastal North Carolina—though her legendary organizational skills haven’t gone anywhere. In fact, she’s passed her attention to detail, accountability, and spreadsheet prowess on to her daughter, Lexi, who now rides shotgun at Meeting Street Meetings.
Connie still drives the bus, but together, they bring the experience, relationships, and attention to detail clients can count on from start to finish.

Like someone very close to her, Lexi can master a spreadsheet. Growing up, she quickly developed a knack for planning trips, Christmas lists, and even family events—but these weren’t your average bulleted lists and a few pictures. They were boardroom-worthy Excel docs packed with fully researched data, and expertly woven into compelling PowerPoint presentations.
In recent years, Lexi made things more official, earning her Hospitality degree from the College of Charleston and building experience in Charleston’s hospitality industry across revenue management, reservations, reception, and more. She also married her high school sweetheart in 2026, proving that true love and adventure sometimes comes with excellent itineraries.
Lexi could also be considered the black sheep of the family—but not in the traditional sense. She actually loves sheep. And horses. And dogs. And farms. An avid traveler, equestrian, and on-time enthusiast, Lexi will help you get the logistics buttoned up, the details in order, and make sure everyone enjoys the ride.

I have lost a wonderful friend “first” and business partner “second”. Cindy lost her battle with cancer February 2017. I met Cindy in Atlanta back in 2005. Right from the start, we clicked, and 10 years later over a bottle of Cakebread Chardonnay and a cocktail napkin, we launched Meeting Street Meetings. I always say “There are only a few people in your life you will be fortunate enough to meet who truly get you” – Cindy was one of those beautiful souls to me. I deeply miss her friendship, smile, laugh, and sense of humor, and will always remember her gracious outlook on life, family and business.
